So It Begins!

Chicagoland, IL - Welcome to the start of something tasty!  A couple days ago, while visiting a local Binny's beverage shop, we were floored to discover an entire wall lined with brews from hundreds of different microbreweries from around the world.  We then came to the realization that there was a serious problem.  That problem?  How in the world were we going to be able to taste (and most importantly, enjoy) all these craft brews with the little bits of free time that we had?  Well, every problem (usually) demands a solution.  And that very solution was the birthing of ... *drum roll* ... The Craft Bier Club (a.k.a. the CBC).

Now, we'll be the first to inform you that we're no experts.  So, if you're looking for in-depth breakdowns and the use of official brew tasting lingo, you're gonna wanna go ahead and exit this aircraft because we're not going to where you need to be.  Rather, our goal is to provide a simple rating from 1-10 and describe the beer with a mere 3 adjectives/descriptors.  Pretty simplistic, eh?

Now, without further ado, saddle up, grab deine steinsche, and join us in our quest to discover the world of craft beers!
